Hammam and body treatments in Burgas
Treatments that care for the skin of the whole body: scrub, wrap, warmth and massage in one ritual. You leave with skin that stays soft and smooth for days.

Turkish bath with scrub and foam massage
The hammam at Ability Spa is a marble steam room with a warm stone slab in the middle. The treatment takes 45 minutes: first the warmth opens the pores, then comes a full-body scrub with a kese mitt, and finally a foam massage in thick soap lather.
A kese scrub removes dead skin far more effectively than a home scrub. Afterwards your skin is visibly brighter and softer, and your body as relaxed as after a massage.
The “Pomorie” therapy is a version of the hammam with a full-body mud wrap and a light massage. Mud from Lake Pomorie has been used in balneology for decades.
Five treatments, five different effects
Each takes 60 minutes and combines a scrub, a mask or wrap, and a massage with different active ingredients.
“Ability Spa” fruit therapy
Nourishes, cleanses and tones the skin. A good choice at the end of summer or after winter.
“Coffee Time” therapy
Smooths, softens and cleanses the skin. Coffee is also a light natural boost for circulation.
“Chocolate Dream” therapy
Nourishes, cleanses and hydrates the skin. The most fragrant treatment on the menu.
“Fitness Nuts” therapy
Shapes the body, softens and firms the skin — good alongside training.
“Sea Kissed” therapy
Regenerates, softens and cleanses the skin with marine ingredients.
“Pomorie” therapy
Hammam, full-body mud wrap and a light massage.

About the hammam and treatments
What should I bring for the hammam?
A swimsuit. Your first towel is included and a bathrobe can be rented.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
Yes, but say so in advance — the scrub will be gentler. With active eczema or open wounds, better to wait.
When should I skip the hammam?
With high blood pressure, heart conditions, fever and in pregnancy — the heat puts strain on the circulation.
