Relaxing massage in Burgas
An hour when nobody needs you. A relaxing massage does not treat a specific pain — it lowers the overall tension, calms you down and helps you sleep better.

Four ways to unwind
Aromatherapy massage
Massage with essential oils. Lowers stress, calms, improves sleep and restores energy.
Classic full-body massage
An even, calm massage from shoulders to feet — relaxes the muscles and improves circulation.
Hot stone massage
Warm basalt stones glided over the body and placed along the back. The heat relaxes muscles more deeply than hands alone.
Reflexology
Foot massage along the reflex zones. Stimulates circulation in the veins and lymphatic system and relaxes the muscles.

Why the warmth helps
The stones are basalt — they hold heat for a long time and release it evenly. They are warmed in water to a temperature that is pleasant but never burns, and the therapist uses them both as an extension of the hands and as warm points along the back.
Good for people who find it hard to relax or who always feel cold. Not recommended with varicose veins, skin irritation or high blood pressure.
